Position Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Project Name: Characterization, identification and purification of protein for human consumption
Number of Positions: One
Duration: Maximum 9 Months
Salary per Month: 37000/- +8%HRA or co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier
Qualification
M. Tech/M.Sc. in Food Science/ Food Technology/Food Engineering/equivalent with first division
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 35 years, with a relaxation of 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/differently abled individuals as per the government of India Rules.
Desirable
Candidate should have experience in protein extraction and characterization
GATE qualified
