Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in food product development and passion for the food industry
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
Responsibilities
Product Development
- Collaborate with the products development team to create and refine food products.
- Assist in designing new recipes, considering nutritional content, flavor profile, and market trends.
- Research on raw materials and their potential applications in food products.
Quality Control
- Support quality control processes by participating in sensory evaluations and product testing.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and competitor products.
- Analyze data related to ingredient functionality, nutritional content, and sensory attributes.
Documentation & Reportings
- Maintain detailed records of product development processes, including formulations and testing results.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Assists in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
