Standards: FSSC, TCSPL standards, and specifications

Educational Qualifications: 

1. B.Tech in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology qualification.
2. M.Sc. in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology qualification.

Job Description:

1. Wafer line / confectionary
2. 3-5 years of experience in the food industry as an online quality control/quality assurance resource.

Salary: 3.5 lakh or above, depending on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.  Strong sensory evaluation of all products before release.
2.  Effective monitoring of CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs in the plant to ensure full control.
3.  Compliance with the in-process quality plan.
4.  Calibration of critical equipment – Implementation and training in HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, GDP, and Food Safety.
5.  Training workers and operators for online checking and maintaining records as per standards.
6.  Monitoring and verifying hygiene on the shop floor and working towards improvements to maintain it.
7.  Ensuring line clearance and adherence to the MSS plan on premises.
8.  Validation and verification of CCPs and OPRPs.
9.  RCA and CAPA execution for in-process deviations.
10.  Assisting with documentation and records during external and internal audits.
11.  Collection of shelf-life samples.
12.  Analysis of raw materials and packaging materials.
