Responsibilities
The projects should be managed per the requirements outlined in the SOP Manual for R&D.
Formulations and processes should be developed, considering the needs of other departments like Regulatory and Quality.
The individual in this role is accountable for the development, execution, and launch of all projects within a product line that impact production, including renovation, innovation, and cost/quality projects.
They must effectively advocate for R&D interests throughout the company.
Additionally, they will design pilot trials, coordinate tasting sessions with Marketing, and provide conclusions and recommendations for future actions.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have experience in the Biscuits industry and a strong background in new product development.
