About the job

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing brand marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on influencer and social media marketing.
• The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with social media creators, planning and executing influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and maintaining professional relationships with influencers.
• They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and achieve brand growth.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAS)

• Define fortnightly priorities in coordination with the Central team

• Develop and submit weekly experiment plans

• Design and implement a standardized experiment sheet to log data in a centralized experiment database

• Ensure weekly and monthly targets for the number of experiments and transitions to production are met

• Update the centralized COGs log upon experiment finalization and production rollout

• Ensure all apparatus and ingredients are available

•72 hours prior to the execution of experiments

• Coordinate with the Central team to set weekly budgets and obtain approval

• Regularly update the Central team on cost optimization through DOD (Day of Day), WOW (Week on Week), and MOM (Month on Month) reports

• Develop and implement QA protocols for newly launched SKUs

• Ensure the smooth production of pilot batches during the launch of new products

Required Skill

• Strong project management and coordination skills

• Excellent knowledge of food product development, experimentation, and production processes

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goal
