As part of this position, the candidate’s responsibilities involve executing initiatives and measures focused on the foundation of the food safety pyramid. This includes developing specifications for material, process, and product food safety, implementing GMPs (good manufacturing practices), and ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are verified.

The candidate will collaborate with important partners to accurately translate food safety requirements into raw material, process, and product specifications on time.

Additionally, the candidate will offer basic food safety advice to key stakeholders and refer detailed technical inquiries to the Food Safety Team experts.

Education

B. Tech / M.Sc./M. Tech.  – Food Technology

Responsibilities

Food Safety Management System/GMP Administration

  • Developing HACCP / FSMS manual Plan, implementation, and review.
  • Monthly CCP monitoring.
  • Develop all SOP as per quality Mondelez prerequisite standard
  • Gap identification on the quality prerequisite.
  • Monthly audit of production lines on quality, and prerequisite implementation.
  • Development & Maintenance of QMS systems at the site

Hygiene & pest control Management

  • Enhancing cleanliness for a secure delivery
  • Performing GMP Audit on production lines and ensuring resolution of any non-compliance with GMP standards
  • Providing training to staff on Quality parameters, HACCP / Prerequisites
  • Maintaining and sharing trackers of Mondelez Quality Assurance conditions
  • Comprehending and implementing Mondelez sanitation requirements in both current and future projects
  • Conducting SDR (Sanitation Daily Report) and resolving all identified issues.

Q & FS in design Support for New products, product development, and capacity expansion projects

  • Stabilize the carry-out line for new products.
  • Perform trials for new products.
  • Maintain coordination among Line Managers, Line executives, and process control officers regarding process issues.
  • Ensure smooth product changeovers.
  • Develop and transfer new products to the plant.

Quality

  • Follow Mondelez’s Personal Hygiene Policy, adhere to the Quality Policy and GMP standards, enforce Food Safety Standards, establish and implement relevant Rules & Procedures, and possess sufficient Food Safety Knowledge for your work area.

Consumer Complaint

  • In range with consumer feedback, quality measurement, and improvement processes are implemented.
  • Collaborating with production and engineering teams, corrective actions are implemented to address the root cause of complaints.

Safety

  • Identifying hazardous areas using WPI and on-time closing them to reduce risks and promote awareness of HSE.
  • Implementing proper safety standards to decrease accidents.
  • Providing essential information, instructions, training, and supervision to casual workers for safe operations.

Required Skills

Scientific grounding in food safety science
