Marico Ltd. has bought 53.98% equity stake in True Elements which is owned by HW Wellness Solutions Private Ltd., Marico did not disclose how much it has paid for the transaction.

Company products are available on 90+ online platforms & in 12,000+ retail outlets, True Elements currently sells majority of its products through online marketplaces and plans to increase its offline presence.
