The applicant should have
- Technical knowledge to attend all the Machines
- Good Management skills to manage manpower
- Knowledge of food safety
- Working knowledge of kaizen, TMO, And TQM
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring all the manufacturing processes at the plant
- Periodically check each and every Operation
- Checking Quality Control Parameters
- Round-the-clock allocation
- Elimination of consumption variance
- Breakdown Maintainance
- Monitoring Energy Efficiency
