Responsibilities
Ensure that any quality issues reported by customers or the market are promptly addressed.
Gather feedback from consumer trial teams, who conduct sensory analysis, and make necessary adjustments to the product based on the preferences of the target consumer.
Establish an audit system for both internal and external processes to improve plant hygiene.
Maintain records of product batch numbers/codes, samples analyzed for raw materials/packaging materials, and semifinished and finished goods.
Perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials/packaging materials, semifinished goods, and finished goods according to Bikarnelwala specifications.
Monitor and control customer complaints, and online manufacturing processes, and reduce foreign body complaints, leakages, and rejection rates of foreign products.
Keep all documentation related to training hours provided to stakeholders.
