B Tech./MTech. Food Technology or equivalent

Experience

2-3 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.

Desirable

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality assurance practices and be well-versed in FSSAI regulations relevant to the QSR industry.
• This role is crucial in ensuring that  food products and service standards consistently meet both internal and regulatory quality benchmarks.

Requirements

1. Experience in a quality assurance role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, including hands-on lab work.

2. Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and quality management systems applicable to the QSR sector.

3. Candidate should be able to operate and maintain laboratory equipment for various tests, including microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses. Prepare samples, perform tests, and record results accurately.

4. Train and support staff on quality assurance procedures, food safety practices, and FSSAI regulations to ensure adherence across all levels.

5. Investigate Customer complaints, quality-related issues, determine root causes, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

6. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing any quality or compliance issues identified.
