Training Course Information

TACCP & VACCP Training is a Food Fraud Prevention course that provides individuals with knowledge of food defence and food security management. It is also the foundation of the Food Safety Management System. This course helps in providing the necessary skills required to implement a successful TACCP & VACCP plan to defend the food supply chain from contamination or intentional adulteration.

TACCP

TACCP stands for Threat Assessment and Critical Control Point which is a Food Safety Management approach that helps in identifying and assessing potential hazards. By understanding TACCP, one can protect their food businesses from deliberate and non-deliberate contamination. 

VACCP

VACCP stands for Vulnerability Assessment and Critical Control Point is another Food Safety Management approach that helps prevent intentional food fraud that could lead to economic loss. This type of assessment helps in identifying and managing risks in the supply chain that could eventually result in food fraud.

Trainer

Training will be provided by FoSTaC Trainer Mr. Mohamed Riyaz. He is also known as a Technical expert at the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies and a Certified Lead Auditor for FSSC 22000 & ISO 22000 who has completed more than 50 FSSAI Audits.

Certificate

Each participant will be awarded a “Certificate of Completion”.

E-certificates will be provided 2 days after the completion of the training.
