R&D Food Job Details:

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer – R&D (Foods)

Qualification: M.Sc. Nutraceuticals / Food Technologist

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities 

• Market research and scientific study for a scope of New Product Development.
• To handle the statutory requirement of New Product Development.
• Formulation designing, conducting lab scale trials, and interpreting research and analysis results.
• Label compliance as per updated standards timely.
• Work on formulation as per BIS & FSSAI Norms.
• Suggesting in drafts of legal and implementation of New Legal Laws.
• Identify the vendor and sources for the Raw material and packing Material.
• Preparation of feasibility report based on data from trials, costing, and marketing department’s sales forecast.
• Conduct Scale-up batches for stability study of the new product.
• Preparation of MFR, BMR, and FPS for technology transfer and commercialization of product.
• Assist the Packaging Development Department with label and artwork development.
• Tech transfer while commercialization of product.
• Site visit whenever necessary.
