Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years experience as Quality Assurance Manager in the food industry
- Proven experience in quality assurance management or relevant roles
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
- Certification in quality control is a strong advantage (e.g. ISO 9000 etc)
Roles and Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met before the product reaches customers. They will inspect procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. An excellent Quality Assurance Manager has an eye for detail and solid experience in quality control. Their approval will be necessary for the continuation of the business life cycle. The goal is to assure the high quality of operations and services aiming for the long-term success of the business.

The Quality Assurance Manager’s roles and responsibilities include:
- Developing procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Monitoring all operations that affect the quality
- Supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians, and other staff
- Ensuring reliability and efficiency of production by checking processes and final output
- Appraising customer requirements and ensuring they are satisfied
- Reporting functions to production executives to enable immediate action
- Facilitating practical solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Reviewing current standards and policies
- Preparing reports on quality metrics and ensuring legal standards and internal requirements are met
- Collaborating with external quality insurance officers for stringent inspections.
