Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of supervising the production processes and operational activities related to food products to achieve optimal efficiency at a reasonable cost.
- Supervising the entire production lines or a specific area like quality control, and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Help in creating specifications of raw materials and coordinating customer inspections of products and facilities.
- Conduct regular product evaluations, maintain technical knowledge, and safety informed about quality control advancement and packaging trends.
- Responsible for safety, output, efficiency, and quality in the designated area, as well as supervising, training, motivating, evaluating staff, and monitoring production to ensure compliance with product standards.
- Prior experience in the food industry is required, with a preference for those with experience in the frozen food sector.
- Male candidates from Cochin are given preference.
