Job Title: Graduate Engineer – Grade Trainee (Bakery)
Location: Kesurdi (Pune)
Qualification: B. Tech Food Technology
Experience: Fresher with a bakery background.
Roles & Responsibility
- Ensure that your workplace remains clean and hygienic at all times, following health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a 5S system in the laboratory to effectively carry out necessary procedures and maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the lab area.
- Perform Baking trials according to the requirements set by QC, NPD, and the market, while documenting all operations and analysis conducted during trials.
- Develop, execute, and refine recipes, while conducting quality checks on both ingredients and finished products.
- Demonstrated advanced multitasking skills and actively follow instructions provided by your supervisor.
- Display a careful approach and pay close attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Possess strong communication skills and effectively execute assigned tasks.
