Role Name: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: 6 Months at Mundka(Delhi) after 6 months in Bahadurgarh New Facility

Salary: According to Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in food technology or a related field

Experience

3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in quality assurance in the food sector.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute quality assurance procedures throughout the food production process.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations such as FSSC, FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and others.
• Perform routine audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and enhance processes.
• Keep accurate records and reports of quality control activities.

Required Skills

• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
