Essential Qualifications
M.Tech. In Food Process Engineering/ Post Harvest Engineering/ Food Technology and other relevant allied specialization with minimum CGPA of 6.5/10.0 (or 60% aggregate) at both M.tech and B.tech levels.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with prior research experience and GATE/NET score in relevant branch shall be preferred. However, it is not mandatory as per BIRAC; if any.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for applying for the award of project position shall be 28 years, which is relaxed up to 5 years in the case of the case of OBC candidates belonging to Schedule Castes/Schedule Tribes/PWD and Non-creamy candidates). Upper age limit shall be reckoned there of the as on the last receipt it of applications.

Job Description
Research work (to Optimization of electrospinning process, Development and testing of control release nanofibers with a scope to register for Ph.D. at NIT Rourkela as per norms.
