Position:
Quality Control and Assurance
Job Responsibilities :
- To look after the packaging activity of goods and to trace out deviations if any to take
- QC/Audits of company processing units in different districts for product delivers as per hygiene & international acceptance standard
- Food Documentation & Certification work for domestic & international agencies.
- Compliance work for all units & the central unit for US & International markets.
- Establishing and maintaining end-to-end QA systems for Raw materials, Finished Goods.
- Front-ending QA operations Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders on QA and legal compliance etc.
- Quality testing of raw materials and finished products and preparing a dossier for FSSAI compliance.
- Providing solutions for manufacturing issues Development of labels as per FSSAI regulations, Verification of label artwork as per legal metrology Coordination with TPM for product development, scale-up, and batch quality assurance.
- FSSAI, legal metrology license application and modification Coordination for legal metrology cases with FDA about seized products Testing and examining samples.
- Keeping a record of product inventory at the warehouse as per batch code & monthly transit
- Supervision of packaging executive to keep watch on quality parameters of hygiene packaging
- Execution & Audit of SOP in production and packaging.
- Must be comfortable in traveling between the company packaging unit and manufacturing unit located in other districts in MP
- Will be handling additional company internal supply chain.
- Will be IN charge of day-to-day dispatch & incoming inventory quality checks.

Qualification :
- 1-year experience working in food industry packaging, QC department.
- Bachelor/Master degree in food science
- Have own vehicle to commute
- Freshers can only apply if they are willing to sign the bond for 2 years after they complete 3 month probation period.
- Good command of English
- Fair knowledge of Food certification
Salary:
1.5-2.0 Lac ( Salary can be considered for the desirable candidate )
