About NCOL
Realising the potential for scaling up the organic food sector, National Cooperative Organics Limited i.e. NCOL has been set up as a multistate cooperative Society jointly promoted by the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), GCMMF (Amul), NAFED, NCDC and NCCF as promoter members.
The vision of the Society is to act as an umbrella organisation to encompass all activities related to organic products produced by co-operatives leading to the realisation of ‘Sahakar se Samriddhi’.

Job Description
1) Position | Executive – QA & Field Operation |
About the Position | The position reports to the Head (QA & Certification). It is responsible for working with NCOL QA & Sourcing teams to Implement Quality & Food Safety mechanisms for all our product processing and packaging centres and farms. |

Major Responsibility | Ensure that all quality & processing-related requirements at the field and processing & packaging centres to meet all NCOL quality & food safety requirements and guidelines through the implementation of systems and processes. Travelling will be required as per business purposes. |
Major Accountabilities | Implementation of QA mechanisms across all third-party and proprietary plants. This includes ensuring end-to-end quality monitoring and reporting.
· Conduct product sampling from farm & processing locations with the collaboration of certified labs. ·Implement the Quality Assurance system for all products, encompassing product specifications, process control systems, monitoring etc. · Coordinate with relevant agencies for obtaining licenses and certifications, and for facilitating audits and inspections. ·Ensure the timely communication of product compliance reports & Daily MIS to the relevant stakeholders. · Possesses comprehensive knowledge of staple products, including pulses, grains, flours, spices, and dry fruits, as well as expertise in their physicochemical analysis. · Oversee process improvement and conduct product-related trials at NCOL to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of new projects at processing units. |
Education | Graduate or Masters in Agribusiness / Food Science / Food Technology/ Dairy Technology. |
Experience | Min. 1-3 years of relevant experience within Agri, FMCG, Retail Sector of handling Organic products. Experience with cooperatives/FPO would be an added advantage. |

2) Position | Sr. Executive – QA & Field Operation |
About the Position | The position reports to the Head (QA & Certification). It is responsible for working with NCOL QA & Sourcing teams to Implement Quality & Food Safety mechanisms for all our product processing and packaging centres as well as develop product & organic compliance documentation to ensure the meeting of high product quality standards for all Bharat Organics brand products. |

Major Accountabilities | Implementation of QA mechanisms across all third-party and proprietary plants. This includes ensuring standardisation, monitoring, and reporting.
· Manage & Implement the Quality Assurance system for all products, encompassing product specifications, process control systems, monitoring, and the preparation of relevant documentation. includes the Quality Plan, Product Release Criteria, Coding Policy, and Process Improvement SOPs. · Ensure adherence to all statutory and non-statutory compliance requirements. Coordinate with relevant agencies for obtaining licenses and certifications, and for facilitating audits and inspections. ·Ensure the timely communication of product compliance reports & Daily MIS to the relevant stakeholders. ·Possesses comprehensive knowledge of staple products, including pulses, grains, flours, spices, and dry fruits, as well as expertise in their physicochemical analysis. ·Oversee organic certification activities across all components of the value chain. This includes ensuring registrations and compliance, supervising audit procedures and documentation, and updating processes in accordance with prevailing laws. ·Implement GMP, ISO-HACCP, and other certification systems throughout the value chain. · Collaborate with the QA and Sourcing teams to finalize product specifications, Food Safety, Regulatory Guidelines, and SOPs across the value chain. · Oversee process improvement and conduct product-related trials to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of new projects at processing units. · Conduct onsite quality & food safety assessment, product sampling from farm as well as processing units. |
Education | Graduate or Masters in Agribusiness / Food Science / Food Technology/ Dairy Technology. |
Experience | Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience within Agri, FMCG, Retail Sector of handling Organic products. |
