B. Tech preferably Food technology

Responsibilities

  • Before releasing products to the warehouse, ensure that quality attributes such as salt, color, and flavor are controlled.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and sanitizing the Crumb line.
  • Monitor and control the sealing, stitching, and physical condition of the bags.
  • Store non-conforming products in designated quarantine areas.
  • Use calibrated line equipment according to specified frequencies.
  • Maintain records for metal detector, batch size, online percentage, daily production report, critical control points, and other relevant records.
  • Analyze process results and deviations to identify root causes.
  • Adhere to food safety and good manufacturing practices in the areas under the job profile.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance section to implement preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment.

Production Officer, Kerry

  • Monitor and control critical control points, operational prerequisite programs, and prerequisite programs, and maintain records.
  • Safely perform activities and follow lockout or tagout procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through the concept of kaizen (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Know of and comply with norms and regulations under FSSC, EMS, and OHSAS.
  • Handle and dispose of waste according to standard instructions.
  • Responsible for reporting and executing responsibilities related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
  • Also responsible for executing any other FSMS-related responsibilities assigned by management.
