💪 Key Responsibilities
- Development of Ready to Cook (RTC) and Ready To Eat (RTE) Sauces and Gravies.
- New Product development and conducting trials to match the quality and sensory parameters.
- Improvement of color, flavor, and stability of new products
- Study of a new product, the scope of new products, and develop the product according to market requirement
- Application & evaluation of new ingredients (Colour, Flavour, Starch, etc..) particular to their functions
- Finding new & alternative ingredients for innovative applications & cost reduction
- Design and Develop Quality and Food safety systems throughout the organization
- Any other responsibility assigned by management from time to time.
