🙅 Key Responsibility

  • Productivity
  1. Manpower -Production manhour / 1000 pies – target -1.1 manhrs/1000DB
  2. Electricity – Dough Cooler Units / 1000 pies, Tray Wash Units / 1000 pies,
  3. Production Others-units / 1000 pies; Deep freezer- units/pallet; Chiller- units/pallet; Utility- units/1000DB
  4. USLE
  • Fillrate
  1. Actual production day-wise vs Indents,
  2. without any backlog – for products produced inhouse
  3. vs month-beginning day-wise plans for other made-to-stock items
  4. Ensure the fillrate for in-house manufactured items
  • Quality Assurance
  1. Monitoring adherence to quality systems and compliance with ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
  2. Implementing quality systems/procedures like Six Sigma, and Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
  3. Ensure cost of consumables and cleaning & Hygiene within budget.
  • Ensuring the statutory compliance, OSHAS certifications, and FSSC compliance in place.
  • Governance (daily WIP reconciliation, Tray inwarding in SAP, Batch-wise online production entry in SAP, instances of missing equipment calibrations, instances of missing dough weighments)
  • Executing cost-saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.
  • Compliance with the SOP adherence
  • Ensuring good manufacturing practices are being followed and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards laid down by Dominos Pizza International Limited.
  • Drive zero food safety complaints
