1. Officer Production
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a production environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train and supervise production staff
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and product quality
2. Trainee Production
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in production processes under the guidance of experienced production staff
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Monitor and maintain production processes and equipment
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge

3. Production Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in a production environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train and supervise production staff
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and product quality
- Develop and implement production schedules and budgets
- Maintain production equipment and machinery
- Resolve production-related issues and conflicts
