As a QC Microbiologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of their food products and maintaining their high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc. in Food Technology/B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology/B-Tech in Food Technology
- 3 to 7 years of experience in microbiology, with a background in the food processing industry
- Good analytical knowledge of food testing, especially spices
- Experience with HACCP and ISO 9001 documentation is preferred
- Computer literacy is essential
- Knowledge of QA and measuring equipment handling
- Ability to read and write quality manuals and documents
- Understanding quality concepts and working toward continual improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO 9001
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all test results
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to microbial contamination
- Provide technical support to production teams in maintaining microbial control
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in microbiology testing and food safety
