R&D Executive
Responsibilities:
- Sensory lab evaluation of all finished goods including outsourced products on a daily basis
- Regular inspection and sensory evaluation of SFG stock • Online sensory evaluation of products during production
- Carry out lab / pilot scale trials and assist in the planning and execution of plant scale trials.
- Monitoring & assisting shop floor activities,
- Taking commercial trials of new products and/or existing recipe revisions
- Analysis of product deviations.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science.
- At least 1- 3 years of experience in managing full product development cycle in Food (Snacks) segment.

R&D – Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to bring and develop new concepts /products / new solution to customer/market by understanding market trends, customer expectations.
· Support production and QA/QC in case of troubleshooting and resolve customer complaint.
· Preparation of documents during all phases of R & D.
· Process improvement in regular product to reduce the cost and improve profits.
· Able to conduct benchmarking exercises, shelf studies and assist in the planning and design of work for projects.
· To adopt the culture of innovation as laid out in the Innovation Management Process and support the team lead to drive product innovation projects.
Requirements:
B Tech in Food Technology, Food Science,
At least 5-8 years of experience in managing full product development cycle in Food (Snacks), Spice Blends / Meal Makers /Seasonings segment is highly desirable.
