WORKSHOP DETAILS

  • The workshop is a whole-day informative program providing an overall picture of current trends and advancements in food packaging. Sustainable packaging solutions can be achieved either by altering functionality of biopolymers or making the plastic biodegradable and recyclable.
  • Collaborating with McGill University, Canada and speakers from various renowned institutes and industries; IIT Kharagpur’s Food Packaging Laboratory strives for this goal.
  • This workshop reflects this dedication by providing a collaborative platform, fostering information exchange and discussion on advanced technologies of biodegradable packaging.
