As an important member of the Culture and Dairy Enzymes Team in Gurugram, India, the candidate will assist the sales and application teams. The main duties of candidates will include offering pilot plant assistance and performing analytical duties.

Job Description
As the direct report to the Group Application Manager for Culture and Enzymes, Fresh Fermented, Cheese, and Plant-Based Alternatives, this role involves being the primary association for all pilot plant and laboratory operations.
Responsibilities include managing stock records, raw material supply, and generating reports. The candidate will primarily collaborate with the Application team, sales team, and regional Application team.

Education
A plus for this position would be a Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in dairy being particularly advantageous.
Experience
• 3-5 years experience in product development, and lab activities.
• Experience in fermented dairy products and/or in cheese products.
• Experience in the production environment is also well considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing samples in the pilot plant based on the provided recipe.
- Operating, maintaining, and suggesting improvement for the pilot plant independently.
- Conducting basic microbiological and chemical analyses on completed products.
- Ensuring cleanliness in the pilot plant and analytical lab.
- Coordinating and conducting sensory tests with prepared samples.
- Managing record of ingredients, ordering supplies, and handling product shipping and receiving.
- Creating reports and presentations on completed trials.
- Assisting the Application team during customer workshops and innovation days by providing necessary materials.
- Supporting customers during application trials.
Required Skills
• Expert in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within production settings
• Skilled in working independently and managing time effectively
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Capable of collaborating in a diverse team environment
• Proficient in preparing and presenting technical documents
• Effective in speaking findings and concerns
• Excellent teamwork skills
