Recently, the FSSAI inspected a Mall’s Food court at GVK in Banjara Hills and notified vendors of failing to sustain hygiene standards.
Violations related to hygiene, storage, and food quality were witnessed in the kitchens of Aha Dakshin, Sizzling Joe, and Khansaab.
Warnings and notices were given to all three vendors, and appropriate further measures will be taken.
On Monday, the department announced that KFC was found to be reusing edible oil and failing to maintain accurate logs at their store.
Additionally, Starbucks and Hard Rock Cafe were found to violate the FSSAI Act regarding food safety and standards.
The restaurant businesses listed here have been issued strict warnings and notices to enhance the quality and hygiene of their products. Furthermore, the vendors are required to submit a compliance report.
