Graduate in food technology or food processing or any related field.
Looking for candidate who has Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances and ability to perform multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills needed for record-keeping and reporting
Need to work in shifts
Responsibilities
Work for Food technology internship in Bangalore will be as given below :
- Need to Manage and lead and guide the unskilled workers by providing training and support.
- Actively participate in production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Assist in maintaining the records and documentation related to raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
- Maintain the work log to track production activities and any related issues or incidents.
- Participate in dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products to all warehouses
- Monitor and address any deviations in process, taking corrective actions as needed and need to report to higher authorities regarding the same.
- Be responsible to verify and ensure proper labelling and packaging of finished goods
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with company standards.
