Responsibilities
The Trainee Food Technologist will support the production of food, as well as the development, balance, and commercialization of shelf-stable food products using thermal processing or retort technology.
They will also work on projects to improve products, provide technical data, and ensure the maintenance of document systems.
Required Skills
- Skills in Sensory Evaluation and Quality Control
- Excellent in Food Technology and Laboratory Techniques
- Experience in Research and Development
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols, aware for detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
