Lead Quality – Food Manufacturing

NCR (Multiple Plants)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality assurance processes across multiple plants Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality systems
- Oversee audits, inspections, and certification processes
Required Skills
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and food safety standards
- Ability to manage quality operations across multiple locations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach
