CocaCola makes major investment Rs 350 Cr in MP

Hindustan CocaCola Beverages (HCCB), the Indian bottling subsidiary of CocaCola, has recently declared a significant investment of Rs 350 crore in Madhya Pradesh.  This investment aims to establish two manufacturing lines at the Rajgarh plant.

The announcement was made during the regional industry conclave held in Ujjain. With this latest investment, HCCB’s total investment in the state to over 660 crores, as stated in an official statement.

According to the statement, ” The fresh infusion of capital will see the introduction of two new, state-of-the-art manufacturing lines at HCCB’s factory in Rajgarh, that will produce Affordable Small Sparkling Packs (ASSP) and juice packs.”

The growth will not only improve HCCB’s manufacturing capabilities but also have a significant impact on the state’s economy, the statement mentioned.

The government of Madhya Pradesh has assured its assistance to help HCCB acquire all essentials permits, authorizations, and endorsements promptly.

HCCB has invested more than Rs 311 crore in Madhya Pradesh since the year 2000 at its Rajgarh plant. The company runs 13 facilities throughout India, producing and distributing 37 unique products within 8 categories, including popular beverages like, Coca Cola, Thums Up, Minute Maid, Kinley, and Limca.
