Responsibilities
Sensory lab evaluation of all finished goods, including outscored products, daily.
Regular inspection and sensory evaluation of SFG Stock.
Online sensory evaluation of product during production.
Monitoring and assisting shop floor activities.
Taking commercial trials of a new product and or existing recipe revisions.
Analysis of product deviations.
