Nestlé India is committed to investing in India and has been expanding its manufacturing footprint in the country. The new food processing plant in Odisha is a part of this expansion plan.
Nestlé, has received in-principle approval from the Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha Limited (IPICOL) to set up a food processing unit in Odisha.
Nestle new food processing plant coming to Mundaamba, Block – Jankia in the district of Khordha, Odisha. Nestle India plans to invest Rs 894.10 crore for this food processing plant.
The setting up of the Nestlé plant is also expected to boost the local economy and create employment opportunities for the people of Odisha.
