Qualified candidates will possess:
- Five or more years of experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of QA principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in BRC, HACCP, and other relevant food safety standards.
- A history of developing, implementing, and maintaining successful quality management systems.
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
