Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

1. Recipe Development

Develop and improve spice blends, seasonings, and flavour blocks.
Reformulate existing products to improve taste, reduce cost, and increase shelf life.
Ensure all recipes follow food safety and quality standards.

2. New Product Development (NPD)

Manage the complete NPD process from idea to product launch.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop new products.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing teams.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Ensure products meet FSSAI, ISO, FSMS, HACCP, GMP, and GHP requirements.
Maintain proper regulatory documents and R&D records.
Support internal and external audits.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D related to spices, seasonings, or flavour development.
Background in Food Processing or FMCG industry is required.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc. in Food Technology or
B.Tech in Food Technology

Skills Required

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of food science, ingredient functionality, and sensory evaluation.
Expertise in recipe formulation and flavour stability.
Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, FSMS, GMP, and GHP systems.
Strong analytical, innovation, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
