PepsiCo Discontinues 9 Drinks, 21 More to Leave Shelves Soon

PepsiCo has announced that it is discontinuing nine soda flavors and placing 21 more beverages under a “limited time left” category. This means production has stopped, but some products may still be available in stores until existing stocks are sold out. The move is part of the company’s strategy to streamline its product lineup and strengthen focus on high performing brands such as no sugar colas, food pairings with Pepsi, and taste improvement initiatives.

PepsiCo CEO Ramon Luis Larguarta explained that the company’s primary focus is on colas, particularly no sugar versions, which have shown strong performance globally. He emphasized that the strategy is not about reducing variety altogether, but about investing in beverages that are driving growth.
