Salary
CTC – 3 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum.
Qualifications
– Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
– Food Science and Food Safety skills as per FSSAI guidelines.
Experience
– At least 2 years of experience in Food Science/ Food processing & Related Food Sector.
– Experience in Quality Assurance, Poultry background, Daily Quality checks, RM receiving etc.
– Experience in conducting inspections and food safety audits is a plus! (Should be willing to travel across states).
Required Skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations & guidelines as per Caterinb segment
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills & team collaboration.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Excel basics is mandatory.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000
