The National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T) an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India is organizing a National Webinar on “Grapes: Processing and Value Addition”. This initiative is part of the PM Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme and aims to strengthen the capacities of entrepreneurs, startups, and stakeholders in the grape processing value chain.
