Post Description
Name of Post: Project Fellow (Contractual)
Number of Positions: 02 in following departments
a) 01 – Food Engineering
b) 01- Food Science Technology
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable up to 01 year based on performance)
Stipend: Rs. 37000/- + 10% HRA per month
Qualification
Bachelors Degree (3/4/5 years) / Master’s degree with 60% in the area of Process and Food Engineering / Food Technology / Food Technology Management / Food Science / Food & Nutrition and relevant field.
Age Limit
Maximum 30 years (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC as per the govt. of India Rules).

Job role
• Planning and conduction of experimentations/development of processing
machineries/technologies
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare
source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible
and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform
backup operations
• Data analysis using advanced softwares/techniques
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Ensure proper use of lab equipment and address any malfunctions
