Project Title: Recipe development for decentralized production units in Bihar.

Name of Post: Project Assistant

Number of Positions: 1

Duration: PA (6 Months)

Salary: ₹20,000/- per month

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, Commerce, Home Science, Social Work from a recognized institution.

Experience

A relevant experience in the field/Community Nutrition/Community Work will be given preference with knowledge of computer operations like Ms Word, Excel, Power Point Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Age Limit

Maximum 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/differently-abled as per the govt. of India Rules).

Required Skills

  • Get trained in Protocol of Survey, as well as SOPs and training manuals.
  • Conduct survey for Sensory analysis and Consumer acceptability in schools, staff.
  • Rapid data collection using software/manually through questionnaires.
  • Regularly arrange data with existing data base and update for futuristic analysis.
  • Coordinate with local staff.
  • Follow-up eligible participants if not presented on scheduled time.
  • Follow-up those eligible participants who could not give their inputs on time.
  • Assist in preparing cluster report.
  • Assist in maintaining financial expenditure for each cluster.
  • Any other job as assigned.
