Nesternship: Nestle India’s Internship Program

Nestle India’s Nesternship is a highly sought-after internship program that offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Through Nesternship, participants can choose from a variety of functions and business areas, such as Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical & Production. They will work on real-life projects, receive guidance from experienced mentors, and interact with professionals from different departments.

Nesternship is designed to provide interns with a comprehensive learning experience that combines hands-on work, training sessions, and networking opportunities. At Nestle India, we believe in nurturing young talent and providing them with a platform to showcase their potential and creativity.

To be eligible for Nesternship, applicants must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline or have completed their degree within the past 12 months. They should also have a passion for our brands and products, a drive to learn and excel, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nesternship is a paid program, and interns will receive a stipend and other benefits during their tenure. The duration of the internship may vary depending on the function and business area, but it typically lasts for 10 weeks.
