Job Responsibility
1. Ensure that audit management, technical review, documentation and record-keeping as well as Trace net and TC related activities are performed in strict adherence with the requirements of the policies and procedures of the organization.
2. Complaints and Appeals are recorded, investigated, managed and acted upon appropriately in timely manner as per the relevant procedures.
3. Take part in the certification decision-making along with COO and Quality Manager.
4. Maintain accreditation and improve the performance of the division w.r.t ISO 17065.
5. To ensure that the certification process have been completed in unbiased manner.
6. Review and verification of the performance of technical reviewer, audit manager and documentation executive on periodical basis.
