Ajanta DairyMilk & Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Frozen Snacks division. The selected candidate will take charge of production, quality, innovation, and client coordination to strengthen the company’s frozen snacks business.
About the Job
- Location: Dholpur, Rajasthan
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
- Salary Range: ₹12–14 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Section Management: Handle the Frozen Snacks section from planning to production.
- Production Planning & Quality: Ensure process control and maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing.
- Recipe Development: Work on new recipes and optimize existing ones as per client needs and market trends.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Follow company protocols and food safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Client Handling: Manage client requirements, conduct product trials, and resolve technical or commercial queries.
- Audits & Visits: Lead domestic and international audits while ensuring all standards are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze production efficiency and introduce improvements.
- Innovation: Contribute to the development of new frozen snack variants.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain production and quality related documents with the QA team.
- Team Development: Train and guide the production team for better efficiency.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management about production and client interactions.
Desired Qualifications
- A degree or post graduate qualification in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Food Science & Management.
- Strong knowledge of frozen snack production processes.
- Familiarity with food safety certifications like HACCP, FSSAI, BRC etc.
- Hands-on experience in recipe development, process optimization, and standardization.
- Ability to manage client audits and handle related documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of cost control, commercial management, and customer relationship building.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and production tracking software.
