Bengaluru-based Idli Dosa batter maker company iD Fresh Food on Wednesday announced entry into the ghee market by starting iD ghee. And they are looking at an additional revenue of Rs 100 crore by entering in Ghee market.
Currently, company sells products like idly and dosa batter, ragi idly and dosa batter, rice rava idly batter, malabar parota, curd, and instant filter coffee decoction.
iD Fresh have 30,000 retail stores in 45 cites across in India, United Arab Emirates, US and the UK.
Currently, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad, account for more than half of packaged ghee sales in India.
Id Fresh Ghee will be available in 1 kg pouch at Rs 689, 500gm pouch at Rs 350 and 500gm pet jar at Rs 375.
