Nandan Nova Foods seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Factory Manager to oversee our food production operations. The Food Factory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory, including production planning, quality control, safety compliance, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the food factory, ensuring smooth production processes and meeting production targets.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process, conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Manage and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor and control production costs, implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Identify and analyze production bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions and process enhancements.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of raw materials and finished products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports on production performance, quality control, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Food Factory Manager or a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of food processing techniques, quality control systems, and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using MS Office, and other relevant tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to the food industry.
