Educational Qualification

Graduation in a food related discipline
B.Tech in Food Technology is preferred

Experience Required

1 to 3 years of experience in any food-related industry

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure work is completed on time.
Maintain product quality and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
Train and guide junior staff to create a positive and productive work environment.
Identify areas for improvement in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain proper production records.
Manage manpower, productivity, and shift schedules.
Implement process excellence tools such as 5S, Kaizen, GMP, GHP, and TPM.
Ensure health and safety standards are followed at the workplace.
