The National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T) , an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India is organizing a National Webinar on “Tropical Fruits: Processing & Value Addition”. This initiative is part of the PM Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises Scheme (PMFME Scheme) and aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of stakeholders across the tropical fruit processing sector.
