The Government of India established the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM-K) in response to the food industry’s ongoing demand for a central organization that serves as a One Stop Solution Provider for the sector’s diverse challenges.
Role Details
Project Title: Identification of authenticity markers for tomato ketchup project
Role Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Number of Positions: 1
Salary per Month and Duration: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA I One Year (Extendable as per the requirement of the project)
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/differently abled as per the Govt. of India Rules).
Education
A Master’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Agricultural Science and Technology, or other related fields from a recognized university.
Preferred: Candidates who have experience in biomarker identification.
