Qualification

B. Sc. Food Tech/Food Science, M Sc.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the food industry doing formulation work (do not apply if less than 2 years)

Experience in baked goods a plus

Skills Required

• Self-driven – capable of independent work with minimal supervision
• Team player – Capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

● Will be working under the guidance of R&D Head but will be given independent formulation projects

● will be expected to schedule their work and deliver on deadlines

● will be responsible for taking projects from start to finish and work under pressure

● will be required to source new ingredients

● will be required to work on ingredient and product specifications.
